DNS
The first move is to replace the DNS ( Domain Name System) of your domain name with the nameservers that you will find in the Activation email that our company will sent you.
• If your domain name is registered to another registar contact their support system and ask for the change.
• If you have already register or transfer your domain name in Inwebpro then you can login in customer area and through domain name management you can change the nameservers.
Then, after making the DNS changes please wait a period of 2 to 48 hours for activation to complete and to have access to your Domain online from anywhere.
cPanel Linux Hosting
By buying a hosting package on Linux Server in Inwebpro.gr we provide you with a powerful tool (cPanel) for managing the Hosting of your website. Your account information, such as Username and Password, can be found in the Activation email that we sent you. To login in cPanel repeat these simple steps:
Type in browser: http://www.domainname/cpanel (where "domainname" Put your own domain name) Enter Login and Password (user name and password you will find in the activation email we have sent)
Click Submit
Plesk Windows Hosting
By buying a hosting package on Windows Server in Inwebpro.gr we provide you with a powerful tool (Parallels Plesk) for managing the Hosting of the website. Your account information, such as Username and Password, can be found in the Activation email that we sent you. To login in cPanel repeat these simple steps:
Type in browser: https://www.domainname:8443 (where "domainname" Put your own domain name) CAUTION: If your browser displays a warning message about the certificate click OK (and Get Certificate) to open the page.
Enter Login and Password (user name and password you will find in the activation email we have sent)
Click Submit
FTP
To upload your files via ftp you should use FTP Client. If you do not have an FTP Client you can use free Smart ftp (http://www.smartftp.com/download) or select one of the many available on the market through page http://download.cnet.com/ . A second option is to upload your files through Plesk or cPanel's service and File Manager. Instructions for the operation can be found here: Plesk File Manager cPanel File Manager
To connect via ftp Ftp you should follow these steps. Your account information for Ftp, such as Username and Password, can be found in the Activation email that we sent you.
* Adress: ftp.domainname (where "domainname" Put your own domain name)
* Login with your ftp username and password
* Deactivate Passive Mode
* Press Connect
* Open file: public_html/ (cPanel) or httpdocs/ (Plesk) and upload your files
